I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Mike has always done my nails and I always leave extremely satisfied. Throughout the years he has been doing them I have always gotten complimented on them. They also give amazing pedicures. The salon its self has a wonderful atmosphere.
I've been going to my previous nail tech for four years and although she was incredible, one visit with Mike was enough to make me switch! Mike takes his time with his craft and to listen to what you want, he is also extremely careful to deliver the best work possible and will communicate what he thinks is best without making you feel pressured/bad. My nails break easily and when Mike noticed this, he took the time to add a strengthen and to see wether or not it worked by our next visit together. 10/10 person and work.
They do a very nice job. I have yet to be disappointed here. I get hard gel (light concept) and they really know what they are doing. Only complaints would be that it is a bit out of the way for me and more expensive than my usual place. The staff is very accommodating and kind, not that I'm a difficult client but still a pleasant experience and have never been disappointed! Never have an issue getting a short notice appointment either :) if I had the money and time I would make Princess Nails my go to spot :)
