This salon has new rude owners since April of 2024. I have been a customer for over 12 years but will no longer go back. They are abrupt and do not accommodate you. Treat their employees poorly as well.

I’m SO DISGUSTED right now. Went on Friday to get a basic pedicure and have gel tips removed. They did NOT put the original set on BUT because they are around the corner I asked if they could remove & then just manicure my natural nails. Of course there would be a charge for this service. The pedicure was GREAT! However a different woman that clearly did not understand what I wanted proceeded to start remove the gel w drill as if I just wanted them painted over. I stopped her at the pinky & it went downhill. You’re supposed to soak them off with acetone & all she did was drill & file. I still have a coat of gel on there and my thumb nail is in severe pain! The new management is not as good as the last. They were very nice, but very understaffed! I also got ripped off because the mani I got was half done. No cuticle cuts ...just a file and polish change...my pedicure was great though.
I feel bad posting this, but they didn't have enough staff to finish my daughter's pedicure, so we had to go somewhere else! 3 hours later I'd like to cry! I'm ready for vodka lol!
