Planned Parenthood - Staten Island Center is a welcoming and safe place to receive care. The staff is friendly, informative, and calming, with doctors who take the time to explain procedures clearly. The location offers convenient parking, despite some minor issues. With a security guard at the front and little to no wait time, patients feel at ease. Overall, this center provides a wonderful experience and is highly recommended.
In this place it was the best experience, Dr. Nordia Baxter was the most pleasant, she explained everything calmly and helped me with my nerves, highly recommended, thank you, doctor and all her staff, from the man at the door and the girl at the reception.
Awesome place!Had to choose this location vs. the ones in Jersey. Best decision ever.Felt very safe with the security guard in the front and I was seen right away. Staff was very friendly and informative. Only downside is parking but its nothing out of the norm. Would come back again and would recommend someone to go to this location!
Wonderful experience at PP Staten Island. I’ve been to PP Brooklyn & Manhattan, but the SI location is my favorite. I was easily able to get a last minute appointment, staff was friendly and welcoming, doctor was wonderful and clear about the procedure, I was seen with little to no wait time and was done earlier than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back!
