Just had a thorough and friendly exam by Dr. Hyde. He solved the mystery of why I was not seeing well out of one of my contact lenses. I have been coming to UWS Optical for 25 years. They have always been professional, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I've been coming to this place since I was a child. You want to go to a professional place? This is it, every employee is well beyond qualified. Customer service is well above a 5 star rating here. The front desk associates know the product that is in that store better then the manufacturer. It feels like home when I walk in Piles Optical . I can see why they have customers come back every year. I would recommend this place to a family and a friend

I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews. I have to say everyone was very friendly and sweet even Dr. Zavilensky. They have a good selection of glasses. I am very happy with my experience here. I also love my new glasses.
