“Respectful. Even though I looked disheveled, the owner and workers greeted me politely upon asking for a brochure.
Seeing how clean and respectful they were, a day or two later I returned to have both half my arms waxed.
I was hospitalized for a while, so shaving and waxing was not an option for me.
My hair is thick and dark and also grows quite long.
When I walked in to tell them what I was interested in, they spoke two minutes to each other in their language, but unlike other establishments they talk about you amongst each other the whole time you are there.

Pain free, she made me comfortable and discussed other treatments they have there.
