Based on the reviews, Dr. Paoletti is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Our Journey NP Psychiatric Services with an approach that puts an emphasis on wellness. She treats her patients with compassionate, personal, and expert care. The staff is amazing, and everyone in the office is so nice. The doctors and therapists are professional, very understanding, and kind. One therapist, Anthony Mongelli, is fantastic and has a treasure chest full of tools to help cope. The office feels like walking into a best friend's house. It is one of the most down to earth offices and is extremely clean, even having one of the best coffees. Patients have been helped to get so much better, no longer needing medication, and have been taken off meds to start enjoying life sober. The healing that has taken place in this office has changed lives. Highly recommended.
I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Paoletti after being referred by my primary care doctor. My previous psychiatrist had me on several medications that were potentially an unsafe combination, and I’ve also been struggling with sleeping most of the day whenever I’m off work. It’s been really upsetting and frustrating, especially being so young.
So far, Dr. Paoletti seems like she genuinely wants to help me figure out the right medication regimen and get me feeling like myself again. I know it may take some time to get everything adjusted, but I’m hopeful. Wish me luck! 🤞

I first met Dr. Paoletti when she was practicing in Brooklyn. During the pandemic, life became overwhelming, and over time I stopped therapy. A few years later, I decided it was time to reconnect, so I called to make an appointment. That's when I learned she was no longer working there but had opened her own practice in Staten Island! I was genuinely so happy to find her again.
I've now been a patient at Our Journey for about a year. As a small side note, I noticed the beautiful words Dr. Paoletti shares in her office about her sister. Dr Paoletti saved me from the horrible psych dr I was at before , they had me on everything under the sun at least 8 medications for Bi polar disorder, panick attacks , u name it , I didn’t belong on any of it , with a lot of chats and the right medication given , I was able to start working again , driving again , my life has only got better due to the hard working staff here and the Dr . She cares so much and goes above and beyond to help . Thank you 🙏 . For everything !
