This review is long overdue but want to ensure people know how great of an experience this was, buying a house with Frank. He was extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage process and answered all of my questions, reassuring me when I was anxious in closing. 3 years later I still reflect on how great it was, and he still sends me house anniversary gifts each year. My sister and I just got a home together and our experience with New Dwelling was incredible from start to finish!! We are first time home buyers and were very anxious and overwhelmed about the process, but once we started working Stephen and Gaby our minds were at ease! Stephen always ensured that we fully understood the information we were given each step of the way and made us feel so comfortable. The video walk throughs are the best- they spell everything out and make it so clear and easier to understand. Gaby kept us updated as well and was always there to help address our questions and concerns.
