They make everything simple and make everyone feel at ease. They help families in every way possible, answering all questions and addressing all concerns. They advise on proper Jewish funeral rituals and provide a rabbi that fits the family. They are very detailed, explaining every step in the process, and are available even after hours. They arrange all aspects, including the service and burial. They make the most difficult times easier and come through for families when they need them the most. They are highly recommended.
I recently had to use Menorah Chapels for a graveside service. They helped my family in every way possible, they answered all of our questions, advised us on proper Jewish funeral rituals (as we are not all of the same faith), Had a rabbi that fit perfectly with our very mixed family, and just made it all so simple.
I truly want to thank the staff and directors for their kindness and compassion.

The staff at Menorah Chapels were perfect. We started the process after 9:30 at night, I talked to someone from their service, and got a call back in 15 minutes, and the guy (I think his name was Jason, he was awesome) was on the phone with me for over a half hour explaining every step in the process, and what we needed to do. We were absolutely clueless about everything before that call, and they were very detailed about what we had to do. The next day we sat and met with Peter, and he walked us through everything that remained to be done. Day of the funeral and burial, all of his staff (including the Rabbi and limo driver, all arranged through them) were fantastic....read full review
