I can’t say enough wonderful things about Martin Hughes Funeral Home, especially Rocco. During one of the most difficult times in our family’s lives, he went above and beyond in every possible way. He made my brother’s funeral absolutely beautiful, handling every detail with compassion, dignity, and genuine care.

My family and I recently went through a devastating loss of our baby cousin. My aunt and uncle were extremely distraught after the tragic passing of their son so it was difficult for them to start funeral planning. But Rocco made the planning so much easier with his patience, kindness, and empathy. He was so understanding of the situation and answered every single one of our questions. It was moving to say the least, how caring he was at helping my aunt and uncle plan the funeral service. My mother passed away unexpectedly this month, just before the holidays. We had never discussed her wishes in detail, let alone financially. We weren’t prepared for this. Rocco and his staff made it possible for my mother to be honored and remembered in a respectful and compassionate manner, adhering to the wishes we knew she would have wanted.
