You can't ask for a better real estate lawyer then Peter Martin every possible problem that could happen from the buyer and the seller of my new house he was there fixing everything updating me and some how making the easiest transition from the house we were selling to the one we were buying we are so grateful thank you Peter for everything
We worked with Peter on the sale of my parent’s home that was placed in a trust. It was not a cookie cutter sale, but you would never know that. I wanted to give a quick shout out to Martin and Martin who helped me complete a sticky Real estate closing, as I was selling a home as part of an estate. Everything went wrong… But Graig is an extremely adept problem solver. If it were not for him, the deal would've never gotten done! If you want an attorney that is going to expedite and simplify your life I recommend Martin and Martin without hesitation. I'd also like to shout out to his staff who are extremely professional and communicative. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!
