We have been using Many Happy Returns for our tax returns for the last 13 years and our first 12 years would get a 5 star review. We usually see Joe or Phil. This year we got Charles and 2 and a half months later we still do not have our federal return. He failed to submit a form and that put everything on hold. We had to coordinate with the IRS. We spent hours on hold to find out what mistake was made and what had to be done to fix it. Once that was finally done we find ourselves in the middle of a global pandemic.
