Great staff, awesome work. But one barber without mentioning any names, didn't keep my 12 pm appt, verbally when I came to a busy day, at 10.35. Barber told me four people wait. I asked how.long, he applied with an hour and half wait. So I suggested 12pm. He said ok. I arrived 8 minutes after 12, he was just finishing one of his customers. Then he told me I had to wait for two more people ahead of me. That's not how an appt works. He should of told any walk in he has a 12 o clock appt. I been a loyal customer for years.
