Had a back massage meanwhile my sisters were having foot massages and pedicures done for the day. The back and shoulder massage was the best! Literally made me fall asleep and woke up feeling refreshed!
I've been trying to find a nail salon in Staten Island and decided to try M style Nail and Spa. I arrived here on a Sunday after calling and making an appointment. Upon arrival, I noticed the place was busy. I sat and waited for about 5 minutes before I was called. The girl (can't remember her name) expertly soaked my nails (SNS) and showed me a variety of colors. I was impressed by the wide selection of colors. She took her time and was thorough. I loved how my nails turned out and it's been almost 2 weeks and no complaints. The place is clean, friendly employees, and a spotless bathroom! guess I found my new place!
It's very clean and everyone is really nice. The lady who did my nails knew what she was doing and tried her best to make me happy with my nails and the price (I tried to negotiate to lower the price). The only reason why I would give this place 4/5 stars is because it felt rushed, there are a lot of crooked mistakes such as the nails themselves, the French, and I asked for a golden evil eye but she couldn't even get the simple design right but even when I simplified it she struggled with that. I'm a perfectionist so it may look good to someone else but I see the little mistakes. Lastly, I paid $70 for this (originally $73) I feel like that's unnecessary. This lady was nice enough to offer me free repair the next time I go. I wouldn't suggest this place for designs.
