I was in need of a new hot water heater. I called Buttermark & Sons at 9AM. The person I spoke to was very polite and professional. I was given an exact price that was fair and not an estimate. Within 2 hours they were at my house and replacing the water heater. The job was done quickly. The plumber that replaced it was courteous, friendly, and did a great job. What I thought was going to be a stressful process was pain free. I can't ask for much more.

Donald from Buttermark Plumbing came to my mom’s house to make several repairs that were desperately needed. She has been a customer for years. National Grid detected a gas leak in our home and turned off the gas. They required us to hire a licensed master plumber to come to our home to find and fix the leak before they could turn the gas/heat back on. Paul Buttermark was at our door the next morning, gave us a quote right away and they were working the next day. His employees were timely, courteous, professional and left our house neat, as if they hadn't been there. They allowed us to quickly get our gas turned back on and would highly recommend them.
