Over the past year, the pain in my left shoulder has been unbearable, so much so that I had a difficult time putting on a coat and the discomfort negatively affected my ability to sleep each night. I was recently diagnosed with a torn rotator and my orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapy (PT) before possible surgery. I have attended the Life Synergy Rehab & Pain Clinic for my PT and despite only two sessions, I am already feeling fantastic. The therapist assigned to me has been tremendous and I actually look forward to my next appointment. I know I have a long road for recovery, but I believe my therapist will help me avoid surgery.
