LaRu The Beauty Experience offers a range of services, including nail care and lash extensions. The salon is huge and gorgeous with a relaxing vibe. The staff are friendly and the receptionist is attentive. The owner is very friendly and sweet. The nail and lash technicians are praised for their great service and skills, with nails coming out just like the inspo picture with a perfect shape. Lash retention is great, lasting 3 weeks before a fill is needed. The aesthetic is giving black girl magic. However, there have been some issues with professionalism and communication. Some customers have reported feeling uncomfortable with the way they were treated regarding how they want their nails done. For a simple manicure like a structured gel, some results can be uneven and blotchy. Overall, while some customers have had excellent experiences, others have encountered issues that they hope will be addressed for improvement.
Loved the nails i received last year throughout the summer that i made my cousins start going. Very friendly and the aesthetic is giving black girl magic! The owner was kind and offered a quick solution when there was some miscommunication. Thank you so much. Haven’t been for a while because of work but gotta come back soon!

This is a very clean establishment. Service was top notch. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and the service was phenomenal. I will be going back again.
