“When my wife and I initially began to procure estimates to improve our outdoor space, we had never envisioned we would have such a difficult time finding a reputable contractor who we felt good about. Out of the close to a dozen contractors we had spoken to, only 2 actually showed up when they said they would. Most of the others either kept us waiting or never showed up at all. Last October, while visiting a nearby landscaping supply company to do some product research, we happened upon Tom Sagona as he was helping a client of his. Without any hesitation, Tom was willing to answer any questions we had, which came as a pleasant surprise to us, as many other contractors didn't seem to want to be bothered unless we gave a deposit. We were able to schedule a consult with Tom at our home the following week, where he not only showed up, but was there early. Tom worked with us through the winter to procure a plan what would be an August/September project, all the while still maintaining the same punctuality we would grow to love about him and his company.Sagona Landscaping was able to transform a rather bland backyard into an outdoor oasis, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with family. Tom, his brother Kevin, and their crew worked tirelessly, through the midsummer heat, six days a week and always arrived early. Both Tom and Kevin were extremely easy to work with, and they and their crew always conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. And their craftsmanship is impeccable, as anyone can tell just by looking at the pictures. We could not be more satisfied with the outcome of our project. While some people may feel they are a bit pricier than other companies, we believe they were well worth the added expense. They were in constant communication with us every step of the way, from start to finish, keeping us well informed throughout the process, alleviating any stress, and to us, that was invaluable.
