I cannot say enough things about Keith. First of all, he always calmed me down in difficult situations. He’s fully licensed and insured and he knows what he’s doing. He’s always responsive and easy on the budget. I have used Keith and his company for many projects and he never disappoints. I highly recommend him no matter how small or how big the job. Always recommended.
This is a company that never disappoints. We had trouble with our heating system. It was later on a Friday night. The unit would not start. Called KCM - They sent someone within an hour to resolve the problem. We have had many other issues in the past several years and KCM is always ready to help. I had a seriously neglected below-sewer grade level sump pump & tank that was over 50 years old. It started backing up and was the source of mystery smells downstairs that we never found out about until KCM Plumbing saved the day. Their whole team came to help out with the 2-day job and were all honest, hardworking guys that completed the project quickly, efficiently, respectfully, and with very high quality. I was recommended to them by another business, and will be referring them to my friends and family. Pictures are before and after their great work.
