The coldest day of the year and my boiler decides to quit on me. I called Keith from K.C.M. plumbing. He got right back to me. Keith came to my house checked out what was wrong. I told him I wanted a Direct vent boiler. He ordered it and his crew installed it when it was available. Thanks to Keith and his crew for a job well done.
