I'M SO HAPPY WITH RESULTS MY HAIR LOOKS AND FEELS AMAZING , AYSHA TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN STEP BY STEP HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEW HAIR CUT I recommend it 100% the staff is amazing MY daughter also have a hair cut and I very sorry to said that I don't remember the stylish name but she was amazing too I will forever be thankful to Aysha she got my hair back to life

I have very straight hair with no body.The flat, lifeless look had to go but I hadn't had a perm or professional haircut for years. I took a chance and booked an appointment at JCPenney. Hair stylist Frank gave me a wonderful haircut and perfect perm. My hair is tricky because it sticks out like a paint brush if the cut or curls aren't done perfectly. My hair has been looking great since my appt a couple of weeks ago and I do not have to do anything except wash and air dry. Frank is an outstandingly skilled hair stylist and I am so pleased with the well shaped haircut and great perm he gave me. Thank you to Frank for the impressive service.
