Based on the reviews, JAG Physical Therapy at the Rossville location is a great facility with a friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-like, making patients feel comfortable from the minute they walk in. Therapists like Jessica, Marina, Ariana, and the whole crew are knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and truly care about each patient’s progress. They take the time to listen, explain exercises clearly, and adjust treatments based on how the patient is feeling that day. Ariana is very efficient, pleasant, and shows patients how to do exercises correctly, even printing out exercises for home. The team, including Franco, Rick, and Kristen, is extremely personable and has everything on lock. From the receptionists to the janitor, the entire staff is highly recommended. The clinic provides individualized attention and a strong focus on recovery, helping patients improve with each session. It is a fun place for exercise, not a chore. Patients feel well cared for and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality physical therapy.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at JAG Physical Therapy, especially working with Jessica at the Rossville location. She is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and truly cares about her patients’ progress. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and confident in my recovery process. Great facility. Marina, my therapist, knows her job. Franco has everything on lock on the floor and extremely personable! Rick likewise! Other therapists I used were great too. From receptionists to Janitor I highly recommend. ***for the best foot wrapper, KRISTEN!
