Am just hear seeking solution for my special needs son's broken eye glasses and am encountering a male front desk rude guy! Thank God there is a gentle Oscarwho sits in the back, very professional and knows a thing or two about customer service! Thank you.
I suggest management trains the front guy how to be professional and to be inclusive! He was rude and 😠!
Though I've not been there in a few years, I got my 1st glasses at age 16 from Dr. Helfand. I am now 65 years old. They have always been very professional. The 1 or 2 times I went elsewhere was because they were booked when I needed more immediate service.
The staff is very nice easy to get to the bus is right outside of the place fast service quick to make appointment and the Dr takes their time with you I've been there twice and I wait to pick up my glasses today and they didn't take long for them to do.
