We had a leaking problem with our AC so we called Empire HVAC as they were recommended to us.
Danny, our tech, was friendly and punctual. He came out was able to diagnose the drainage problem with our system and get it working 100%. Will hire them again.

I had accidentally shorted our mini-split unit in our home while trying to clean the system myself (lesson learned) and had Empire come over to take a look. Due to the complexity that comes with having multiple mini-splits all hooked up together, it took a few days for our technician Keith to figure it out. He was patient, thorough and transparent with what was going on. He even fought off several hornets on top of our roof and still got the job done. His partner Victor was also very attentive and responsive with keeping us up to date on what was going on. We'll definitely work with Empire again. Thanks guys!
