He added several programs that will enhance my computer experience, and he discussed stronger security measures which he then put into place. As an added benefit, Joe called the next day to see if everything was going well, and I had the opportunity to clarify several issues. Don't think of going anywhere else. Joe is a well experienced, knowlegiable professional. He will explain what needs to be done and then, when finished, he will show you the completed work and explain what upgrades/improvements exist. He answers all of your questions. Did a great job for me.
