Bertin Auto Detailing is a business located, most likely, on Staten Island. They are known for taking their time with each vehicle and paying attention to the details, both on the exterior and interior. One customer mentioned that their large black truck now looks "mint like brand new" after being serviced by Bertin Auto Detailing. The owner and employees are described as friendly and hardworking.
However, there were some areas for improvement mentioned. One customer felt rushed during the process and had to wipe away some grease from the interior. Additionally, another customer mentioned that the trunks and compartments were not cleaned and they had to place the liners back themselves, which took an additional 10-15 minutes.
The price is considered reasonable by one customer, and the transaction process is described as easy. The business also received positive comments about the final result, with customers noting that their vehicles smelled amazing and were clean. Overall, Bertin Auto Detailing is a business that puts effort into detail and leaves customers with a clean and pleasant-smelling vehicle, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and completing all requested tasks.
They take their time with the vehicle but it's absolutely worth the wait!! Awesome job with a large truck black in color! looks amazing mint like brand new! Attention to detail was paid and id wait just as long again next time no problem best job at a hand wash I've experienced on staten island.
Best car was I've ever been to. They take their time with each vehicle. They pay attention to the details, from the exterior to the full details. I used to go to a car wash that would zip you through in 2 minutes. This place spends ~30 minutes on each car. Owner is super friendly and works just as hard as his employees. This is my permanent spot even though I have to pay the toll of crossing the Bayonne Bridge. A+++Thank you!
Price: $250+tipBooking: super easy and flexibleCustomer service: limited, I tried explaining that the car has two trucks and for them to clean it as well and they didn't, as you you can see from the pictures. I felt rushed out and away. The car is glistening but it's a little greasy on the inside - wiping it away seemed to solve the issue. They also missed a few spots and didn't put back any of my liners so I had to do that myself.Overall my car is clean and it smells amazing but I would've loved it if I didn't have to do extra stuff and the trunks were actually cleaned.Tdlr. Pro: IMO price is reasonable, car smells good, easy transaction. Con: didn't clean the trunks… read full review
