I've been going to bay street optical pavilion for 3 years I'm very satisfied with the service starting from the receptionist to Brian that shows you the different glasse options depending on what you're looking for. Me personally the staffs professionalism makes me feel like it's a family member or a good friend helping me pick my next glasses. Mr. Almonte appreciate your business keep up the great work 👏
The Dr. and her staff are really great but sometimes the wait is annoying 😑

I had such a great experience the Dr was super nice and quick professional and old school which I love and John (I pray that for this reviews sake that its his name )??♀️ anyway he was awesome and super cool. My apologies if that’s incorrect ? but he was friendly and professional and helped me pick out some cute glasses ? I’m so happy I found this place . ?
