This location has by far been the best experience I’ve had at a Banfield (I’ve visited a few). It was our first time here and it was for an injury. It was a last minute appointment, however, as soon as we walked in the staff saw how stressed/anxious my dog was and immediately attended us. They took us in right away and were very helpful. Every person we encountered was polite and gave me as much information as they could. I was very nervous for my dog but they made the experience a good one. They took great care of my boy. This location is a bit of a drive from my usual but the trip/toll was worth it and I will be returning.
Chase's vet journey started when he was only 20 weeks old. He is a rescue from my sister's backyard in Staten Island. The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital on Hylan Blvd is amazing. Thank you, Cathy and Dr. Swaha, for your high standard of care.
Dr. Swaha was wonderful with my puppy, very kind and compassionate and also funny. Sandra the office manager went above and beyond. Very nice staff and very clean office. Theo loved his Dr.
