B&t Air Duct Service arrived right on time and was very polite, careful with all the tools and equipment, and handled the air duct cleaning in a professional way. Everything was put back the way it was when the job was finished. Preston also showed me photos of how dirty the duct system was, which helped me understand what needed to be cleaned. The whole service felt organized and thorough, and the indoor air system looked much better afterward. I would use them again for duct cleaning services.
preston was great and very professional. we had our air ducts cleaned before, but after wall removal, drywall work, and basement remodeling, we knew the duct system needed another full cleaning because of all the construction dust and debris. preston showed me before and after photos, and the before images had large pieces of concrete and even old drapery hooks sitting inside the vents from when the home was originally built. i was surprised those items were missed during the earlier service, but this visit was excellent from start to finish. the supply and return ducts now look clean and shiny, and the airflow feels much better throughout the house. bryson explained...read full review
I highly recommend B&t Air Duct Service. Dale was very responsive and quickly scheduled a large crew to come to our home on a Saturday in Jersey City. The team did an excellent job with air duct cleaning, HVAC system cleaning, hood vent cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. They were careful to protect the house and kept everything neat during the whole service. They also took extra time to explain to us as first-time homeowners how to replace the filters and keep the duct system running clean and efficiently going forward.
