I needed my dryer vent cleaned, so I called B&T Air Duct Service. Roger showed up right on time and did a quick but very thorough job getting all the lint out. He really knew what he was doing. After cleaning, Roger checked the airflow and noticed the pressure still wasn’t quite right. He went up on the roof to check the vent cap and found that the original builder had done a poor job installing it—using duct tape and plaster instead of a proper elbow connection. I highly recommend this air duct cleaning service. I wanted to have my air ducts cleaned before my surgery, so I looked at ratings and prices and decided to give them a try. They were willing to come out to Jersey City, which some companies don’t do. I also liked that they don’t charge per vent. Bryson was the technician who helped me—he called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. Bryson worked hard and did an excellent job. He thoroughly sanitized the air ducts, and I also chose to have the furnace cleaned for an extra fee. Now my house smells fresh and clean!
