The crew was very polite and got right to work on the air duct cleaning. My vents and ductwork look spotless, and there is not a bit of dust left around the house. This was my second time using their duct cleaning service, and once again the whole process was smooth, professional, and thorough. The team that came to clean my air ducts was very courteous and efficient. I needed my dryer vent cleaned, so I called B&T Air Duct Service. Roger showed up right on time and did a quick but very thorough job getting all the lint out. He really knew what he was doing. After cleaning, Roger checked the airflow and noticed the pressure still wasn’t quite right. He went up on the roof to check the vent cap and found that the original builder had done a poor job installing it—using duct tape and plaster instead of a proper elbow connection.
