I called Architectural Concepts to inquire about getting my favorite stained glass lamp repaired (cats knocked it over)... Bill immediately responded and called me right back after I sent him pictures. He gave me his professional opinion about the route to take but also gave me a ballpark figure on the potential cost for this repair and explained the timely repair technique. I found Bill from other's reviews. I would like to thank Bill for restoring my stained glass window. He did a beautiful job replacing broken glass pieces and bringing this gem back to beauty. He placed a frame around the glass so we can hang it. I highly recommend Bill. His work is wonderful and performed in a timely manner. Thank you again Bill.
