If I could give no stars … I would. My daughter has been picking up shifts and traveling to the locations. Either the patient isn’t home or the agency is requiring her to be there earlier than scheduled. The agency only cares about being paid and doesn’t compensate the worker for their time. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t not recommend anyone sign up with them for care of their families. They make the worker feel worthless.

Different strokes for different folks, but anywho i can honestly say I have never felt so disrespected and worthless to a company. They have done all they can do to make me feel less then a person. As an African American woman If I knew what I know now. NEVER would have applied.
I have been sent on cases where PT Specifically requested a Spanish speaking aide, and they'll send me. When I travel an hour away PT doesn't answer door, and coordinator stops responding. That was my last straw, but I can go on and on. If they offer you more money for a case, don't do overtime within that same pay period. BOTTOM LINE THIS PLACE IS WICKED.

So, I was supposed to start aide services last week on a Monday after spending a month doing the process for them. My agreed upon arrangement was 3.5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Get a call on the Friday before that, asking if they can start Tuesday. Whatever. Nobody comes Tuesday. Get a call on Tuesday night saying they can’t get anyone for Wednesday either. I tell them not to send anyone on Thursday since I have an early dr’s appointment and won’t be home.“We don’t do thursdays”“What?”“We only do MWF”“What? How many hours a day is that?”“8”“I don’t need 8 hours a day”“But this way you get all your allotes hours”I tell them to forget...read full review
