Customer service was excellent. This was my first time using them, so I'll have to see how good their product is. I was disappointed with their wash job on my car, as there was water streaks all over the windows. Overall it was a good experience from the initial call to the actual in store experience.

I had my pickup "rustproofed" by a local car wash/ detailer. After looking it over, I noticed they did a terrible job, missing as much as the covered. I went to Krown while in the area, explained what happened and made an appointment. Once at the appt, the service person came into the waiting room and showed me the car on the lift, explained he had to drill small holes in the doors and what he will be doing. An hour later, they brought it to the front all washed and super clean. Great job and covered everything well with rustproofing. Will be back!
