Andrew is very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspections. Gives great insight and is able to tell the history of the house through his inspection. He arrived early and did his research on the property and his report was sent to us the same day. Andy was very thorough. He walked me through things of concern or could be a concern. He discussed everything he was looking at/taking photos of. I received the inspection the next morning. It arrived with photos and an explanation on everything. Highly recommend.
