Andy was very thorough. He walked me through things of concern or could be a concern. He discussed everything he was looking at/taking photos of. I received the inspection the next morning. It arrived with photos and an explanation on everything. Highly recommend.

Andy from Alberian Home Inspection was great to work with and we would highly recommend him. He was early to the house, courteous, well prepared with equipment, and personable. He checked every nook and cranny inside and out, and took pictures to note anything he saw, whether positive or negative. We will be sure to give his name out to anyone looking for a home inspection.

I’m relocating from Indiana and had 2 inspections done by Andy. He knew time was sensitive on both and was able to come out on short notice each time! He was very knowledgeable and made sure I completely understood what he was doing and what his findings were! Not only that, but he was super nice and friendly! I hope I don’t need a third inspection, but if I do, I know who to call!
