Shawn and his team's work was excellent. Will definitely be going back to him for any A/C work including annual maintenance. He responded quickly, was easy to schedule, and his pricing was more than competitive.
I thought Shawn was great and I highly recommend him as well as his technicians. They installed 2 PTACs that use heat pump technology. One unit leaked refrigerant and Shawn took the machine back to the manufacturer and made it right. He texts right back and understands a lot about making the customer happy.
S&D provided better price AND service compared to my old HVAC contractor. I hired them to repair a leaking air handler coil, which they did for materially and provided superior service by thoroughly checking for other leaks. Will definitely be hiring them again.
