This was my first time bringing my 3 yorkies and they are wonderful . Receptionists were very welcoming and friendly . The vet was thorough with the exam took his time answering my questions didn’t try to rush me out of the room.He was very gentle with my babies . Thanks you

We absolutely LOVE Springville Animal Hospital!! We've been going for years and they always take great care of our dog. Our latest visit was yesterday. We had a bit of a mishap... Our pup had a seizure and she's never had them before so I was absolutely horrified. The vet/vet techs did amazing to not only watch her, but they helped clean her up the best they could after the fact. The lovely receptionists consoled me during and after. They even called me today to check in to make sure she is still doing well. I am so thankful to every single human in that building for taking great care not only of my pup but also me.

The staff and Dr Riley were so wonderful. Dr Riley was patient and kind with my daughters Great Pyrenees. He is very knowledgeable and I love his approach to raising large breed puppies. I am so grateful for the incredible care and I would highly recommend.

I have not taken an animal to be seen, so this review is only for a phone call, but I called about a problem my cat was having and the woman that answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. They answered the phone too, not an answering system, which would be very nice to have in a panicked situation with a pet. I wish I would have gotten her name. This would be a place I would consider taking my pet to in the future.

This past week has been a whirlwind taking care of our pup Shadow! After deciding a sock was a worthwhile treat to eat we were thrown into a tailspin of craziness of treatment/surgery/making a plan. Dr. Reilly and his entire staff were helpful, kind and communicated clearly what the plan was. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough!

I can’t thank this veterinary clinic enough for the incredible care they gave my cat during an emergency. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone was compassionate, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. On top of that, the price was exceptional compared to other vets in the area who quoted unfathomable amounts for the same treatment. The care and service we received here were truly outstanding. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pets treated like family.
