Spring Creek Athletic Club is a great gym! I love the atmosphere and the camaraderie among the members and the staff! It’s a very clean facility and even offers tanning as an add on to memberships. The staff is always very kind and always willing to help and answer questions when needed. Spring Creek has been a great addition to the community since they opened in 2006. They’ve collected donations for local food pantry’s and have donated both gym and tanning memberships to many local organizations and groups! This place is the best. The owners are wonderful and so are the members. I love the fact that after awhile you are treated like family. SCAC does so much for the community and other places. This past Christmas, the business “adopted” a family through the Essential Care Program at Hospice Buffalo and everyone at SCAC donated Christmas gifts to the family. They have donated memberships to local organizations along to various food banks. Now THIS is the kind of gym anyone would want to be a part of; not to just workout but a sense of belonging with no judgement.Anyone has anything negative to say must not have followed the rules, or read and understood the contract fully.... read full review

Excellent athletic equipment, very clean and safe gym. The showers and saunas are clean, the members are friendly and kind to each other. Reputable, conscientious owners. 24-hour access, and this is an excellent feature. However, Some members break the rules, such as letting other people in the gym after hours. This is very unsafe for the other members. Fortunately the owner is very strict about this and will take away their 24-hour access. You may notice that the members may then give the gym a one star review, and lie about why they lost their access (see one-star reviews) . As a woman, I really appreciate the owner being strict about restricting 24 access to people... read full review
