Based on the reviews, Reding Heating and Cooling is an excellent company. The technicians, including Mike Domes and Mike D., are described as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job cleaning mini splits and fixing an air conditioner that quit working. One technician was quick and efficient, and even found a new home for a snake that caused an air conditioning failure. They explain what they are doing and offer multiple repair options that fit a budget. Customers felt the pricing was a bit high for some parts, but the company handled concerns professionally. They sent a tech to a home within an hour for an after-hours service call. The service is very professional, and customers are very happy and would highly recommend them.
We had Reding install two new mini splits in our home. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The mini splits work great and they left no mess behind after they were finished. Even sent us a nice thank you in the mail after work was completed. Highly recommend
