Maria is an excellent yoga instructor. She can lead a class of varied abilities with ease. I always feel wonderful after her sessions; both relaxed and rejuvenated! I highly recommend taking a class with Maria.

I few years ago, I finally tried Yoga for the first time. I was afraid of joining a group class because of how inflexible my body was. I started with Maria's private lessons just so I could get corrections or variants of posture that were difficult for me. Eventually I joined her group classes but due to time constraints I was not able to continue with classes in Springville, but I'm excited that she is back in Holland and not far from me. With Maria not only you get a great yoga teacher, her years of expertise as an Occupational Therapist come in very handy when she needs to adapt the asanas.
