We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My child woke up on thanksgiving day with an ear infection. Our regular pediatrician was obviously on holiday vacation. Easy check in, the attending nurse and doctor listened and answered all questions we had, and gave a thorough evaluation. Everyone on the staff had such nice energy. The following day we had an issue with the pharmacy and they helped us out immediately, even though they were super slammed with patients . I would recommend 10/10
Our daughter woke up with a bad case of pink eye on the Sunday before thanksgiving. The quicker we saw a doctor and got drops the better the week was going to go. They got us in immediately and had a great experience with the doctor. The location is very kid friendly with a TV in every room to help distracting them. We also had a follow up question so I called an hour later and I was able to reach a doctor right away. I didn’t have to wait on hold or leave a message and wait for a call back. The front desk receptionist could be a little nicer especially for a children’s location but everything else was great. I highly recommend going to see them if your pediatrician... read full review
Dr Jackson was anazing sweet caring I would highly recommend I wasn’t gonna go back after the last experience .but I tried I was gonna walk out of the one was there that I had last time
