“Fixing up a condo for a new tenant. 2 bathtubs were worn with some enamel worn down to the metal and rust developing. They arrived EARLIER than scheduled (i.e., they were on time), ground down the tub where needed to fix and prevent future rust, and did the 2 tubs in about 3 hours. They cleaned their work area perfectly and also grouted around the base one of the bathrooms at no extra charge (they always grout the tub, but here they made the entire bathroom look brand new). Just a great job.“

“We bought our house knowing that we wanted to take down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and reclaim space in the primary bathroom for a walk-in closet. Prior to closing we even had a contractor come through to confirm our plans were doable. After conducting our research we decided to go with Trade Mark for our renovation. From the very first meeting, Paul listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the house that we envisioned. As it turns out, despite the prior assurance we had received, our initial plans were not possible for either the kitchen or the bathroom. “We hired Gonzalo and his crew to build a massive, load-bearing retaining wall on our property- about 80 feet long, up to 8 feet high, and supporting our neighbor's driveway. The wall was in disrepair and failing- and we couldn't excavate underneath due to the neighbor, so we had to get creative.We had the plans drawn up by an engineer (independent of BG Construction) and showed them to Gonzalo- who was happy to take the project on.This was a complex plan- and a massive job. Gonzalo and the crew were professional, courteous, and extremely hardworking. They put in solid work every single day- even often volunteering to work on weekends.Even when the work turned out to be more than anticipated- we had to pour 2 trucks' worth of concrete to get our wall's footing up to par- they handled it. They even had to excavate the entire space for the footing by hand- as the original wall was in too bad of shape to risk using an excavator.Any time there was confusion with the plans from the engineer, the crew would correct course to make sure the work got done the right way. We had an issue while grouting the wall at the end the grout caused the CMU to bow out near the top of the wall- and they tore down and repaired the section the same day without any delay or headache.These guys are incredibly professional, capable, and very fair on pricing. If you're looking for any work, big or small, do yourself a favor and hire them.You won't regret it.Service: Masonry installation“
