“We needed to replace our outdoor deck, received several estimates, and we are absolutely thrilled that we chose Dayson’s Home Improvements.
From the very beginning, Adam and the team were incredibly informative, responsive, and helpful in walking us through the different deck options. Once the project began, the crew showed up every day and didn’t leave the job site until the work was completed and we were 100% satisfied. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area at the end of each day.
We encountered a few unforeseen issues along the way, including a pre-existing issue around the house. Dayson took the time to explain everything clearly and provided several solutions to address it. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent, and the entire team was fantastic to work with.
The deck was no small project—it included new footings, underdecking, staircase and electrical work. Every inspection passed on the first attempt, which kept the project moving without unnecessary delays.
We’ve since had a few contractor friends come by, and their immediate reaction was, “Whoever built this deck knew what they were doing.” That pretty much says it all!
