“I got married earlier this month and one of my friends had recommended ALBL to do my and my bridal party's hair and makeup. In a nutshell: I will 100% be recommending them going forward. Ashley was so easy to work with and was always quick to respond either via email or telephone. The hair/makeup team we had for my wedding day (Veronica, Sam, Kailynn, and Renny) were incredibly professional and super friendly! They were very efficient with using an appropriate amount of time for each person and made sure we had plenty of time for touch-ups. My girls loved how their hair and makeup came out, and they all looked beautiful. Samantha did my makeup and I am still so impressed with how absolutely flawless it was. Everyone's hair/makeup also stayed put through pictures in the rain and a night's worth of dancing- not something we expected, but it's a clear indicator of this team's talent, expertise, and dedication to their work. I highly recommend ALBL for your wedding hair/makeup or any other special occasions! They're a small business that obviously cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do :)“

“This was very hard for me to do but I had to do it, so here goes. I went to get my hair reshaped and trimmed, because I haven't had it cut since June of 23 and it really needed it bad but when I got home Sunday night,Nov 12th 2023 after visiting my son and his family. I noticed that one side of my hair was shorter than the other. It was also cut in a blunt style going towards my face also including the back where the ends were very blunt & very heavy. I was so disappointed to say the least. All I could think about all day Monday was how bad my hair looked.So I called the owner She was very helpful and she told me to come in and that she would rectify What had happened to my hair. I told her how unhappy I was the way the hair was cut, I even showed her a before and after photo of the cut and told her that I don't even like blunt cuts.So the owner told me to come in and she would do whatever she could to fix it even on her day off. Now that is dedication in making your clients happy . This woman went above and beyond fixing my hair and she did an absolutely amazing job fixing it .When I got in the chair she looked at my hair and she started working on it like she had done this a thousand times before. I'm not sure if the first hairdresser actually understood what I was trying to tell her, but I thought I was direct and explained to her that I did not like blunt cuts , that I liked my hair texturize and I liked it lightly withwhispy on the ends. Not too wispy.So when I went back to have the cut corrected. Let me tell you a little bit about Vanessa. She is a professional hair stylist. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked her to because she listened to what I had in mind. Not many hairdressers will do that. They just cut and they never listen to you. She does. This woman went above and beyond as a hair salon owner. I will be returning to her and only to her because now she understands my hair...I will not be going back to the woman I had before. Maybe she didn't understand my hair. Maybe she thought she did but she didn't.. I'm not going to blame her because she may be misunderstood what I liked and didn't like. I just won't be returning to her anymore.. However, though I will be seeing Vanessa because the woman knows her stuff and she knows what she's doing... I'm very proud to say that I have found a new place to have my hair done. Thanks Vanessa for all you did.
