Last year when I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo chemotherapy, I decided to do use a system called coldcapping to help try and save some of my hair. The process was uncomfortable but ultimately I saved about 50% of my hair. When coldcapping you have a fair amount of hair shedding and are only allowed to wash your hair once a week. Myles offered to squeeze me into her busy Friday schedule and wash my hair for me every week while undergoing treatment. Myles was amazing and help eased my anxiety on the weeks I would have my big sheds. I don’t think I could have gone through this experience with out her to be honest. Myles is a rock star. If you are on the North Fork, she should be cutting your hair. Not only is she a talented stylist with over a decade of experience, she also is an awesome person who you enjoy seeing when you come in to get your hair done. Call ahead though...since she is the best I've found she is usually in high demand...especially during the season.
