I loved working with everyone at Sybelle carpets. They're all very professional, and get right back to you, which is very important in the decorating business.They have great follow-through. Their installer Curt is great and always shows up when he is suppose to.
I was pleased with Sybelle Carpet's service during the selection process and they did a great job of installing too, but I don't believe their pricing is transparent or fair. They decided not to install the new padding because the one that was under the existing carpet was quite new. This saved them all of the labor that would've been involved to remove the existing padding and to install the new padding... a significant part of the overall job in my estimation. I was refunded the cost of the new padding (even though I have to take their word for it because there wasn't a line item for the cost on the estimate), but they still charged me the full cost of labor.
