We recently finished a kitchen renovation project with Rich Raffel and couldn't be any happier with the outcome (a beautiful, yet functional kitchen) or the process. Rich and his team are extremely professional, explained timelines, detailed costs, presented different options and made changes whenever needed. His installers, as well as everyone else that was involved in the project, were very meticulous and neat. We are so happy with a dream kitchen that is suitable to entertain and be enjoyed for years to come!

Working with Rich Raffel and his team from the beginning of our project to the final photo shoot has been a great experience. In all of our planning meetings, Rich patiently listened to our ideas and incorporated/refined them into his beautiful design for our kitchen. Rich is not only a very skilled thoughtful designer, but a pleasure to work with blending professionalism and his warm caring personality. My kitchen desperately needed an update. My husband and I met with Rich Raffel and attempted to explain our ideas for the renovation. Mr. Raffel immediately understood what we wanted. He made valuable suggestions to improved our concepts.Quickly we received the plans for our approval. Products were ordered in a timely fashion. Chris, the Project Manager, met with us and clearly explained the time line. There were no surprises.Everyone associated with the kitchen renovation was very professional.
