I have been using this tick control company for a few years now. Marvin is the technician who comes to my property and he's very pleasant and does a thorough job. No ticks around!!! Very pleased with this company and Marvin!!!

A first time tick sprayer after pulling 4 ticks off me in 2 1/2 weeks. I went the organic route which consists of citronella and cedar oil. I had some questions, and Lee was very accommodating. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional.

As a small business owner myself it's great to connect with other small businesses that offer the highest level of customer service. They answer the phone, they answer emails, they address the concerns of their customers honestly and directly. I wasn't a believer in spraying before, I though it pointless unless close by neighbors also sprayed. I was wrong. The people who come to spray really take their time and cover the property thoroughly. Since East End has been treating our property the reduction has been evident. I haven't discovered a single tick on our little black dog and he has free range of the back yard including wooded areas.
