Mike from EES inc, performed an energy audit on my home, it was thorough assessment. When all was completed it was determined that my attic crawl space required insulation as well as my basement. The work performed by Mike's crew was neat, efficient and thankfully was money saving for me in terms of my energy bills. He was honest, polite and rated by me second to none! Mike Gervasi first came to our home to do an energy assessment and was able to help us quickly and efficiently upgrade our insulation in our home which was originally built in 1954. We expressed interest in solar and Mike was very helpful to connect us with an awesome solar company. Mike took care of the roof and we are now able to bundle both the roof and solar together for the fed/state tax credit. Mike also shared a ton of knowledge on vinyl siding and found an amazing option which looks like real cedar shake for an affordable price! Mike came to give us an energy assessment back in January. He gave us a comprehensive look of how we could make our home more energy efficient.
At his recommendations, we updated our light bulbs, updated some windows, got a new front door and had storm doors installed.
Mike was so easy to work with and always available when we had questions.
