“Y.O Landscaping and Painting Services and Orlando Mayen replaced the asphalt shingle roof and the old fashioned gutters and repointed the chimney of our turn of the 20th century New Haven three story home.   The estimate was very reasonable and the references that Orlando provided strongly recommended Orlando's Team because of their work ethic and professionalism.   We met with Orlando to review the scope of the work and clarify any questions.   The construction involved removal of 2 layers of asphalt shingles and the original layer of shake shingles; installation of a plywood subsurface; and installation of facia and removal of the original integrated wood gutters.  The work was timely and very clean.  Orlando regularly provided updates that included images of the progress and finished work.  It was very easy to communicate with Orlando.  We are very satisfied with every aspect of the work that Y.O Landscaping and Paining Services provided and would readily again hire Y.O Landscaping and Painting Services for any future work.“
