The job was started that Friday and then completed within two days. The work involved taking down and then cutting up various tall pine trees. Cleaning up the land and shaping two trees. “Y.O Landscaping and Painting Services and Orlando Mayen replaced the asphalt shingle roof and the old fashioned gutters and repointed the chimney of our turn of the 20th century New Haven three story home.   The estimate was very reasonable and the references that Orlando provided strongly recommended Orlando's Team because of their work ethic and professionalism.   We met with Orlando to review the scope of the work and clarify any questions.   The construction involved removal of 2 layers of asphalt shingles and the original layer of shake shingles; installation of a plywood subsurface; and installation of facia and removal of the original integrated wood gutters.  The work was timely and very clean.  Orlando regularly provided updates that included images of the progress and finished work.  It was very easy to communicate with Orlando.  We are very satisfied with every aspect of the work that Y.O Landscaping and Paining Services provided and would readily again hire Y.O Landscaping and Painting Services for any future work.“

Not only was his price next to amazing, and his arrival time very fast, but he blew our driveway, the porch, the grass, spread the chips (didn’t leave them in a pile), and after he noticed that I had about 4 huge branches (that needed a chain saw) laying on the side of my house, which where not anywhere near the down tree, he also took care of that too. “Stef came highly recommended from my tree guy Jody at Evergreen Arborists down in Larchmont. He spent time talking to me with the work that needed to be done and took photos. They did everything that we talked about. Large dying tree near the pool, thinning large oaks and removing branches for better deck sunlight, and topping one large oak to maximize my new solar roof as well as some pruning and vine removal in side and front yard and removal of a dying red oak near the front wall. Fast efficient perfect work and they left me some of the large wood cut at the lengths I requested so I could easily split it for the fireplace. I have a lot of trees on my property and they are the only tree service I will call, and I gladly highly recommend them.“
