My family has attended funerals and have held funerals at this establishment. The staff are very professional, understanding and helpful during the immediate family’s time of need. Funeral arrangements were made in advance for my late mother a few months before she passed. When she did, everything was seamless from the pick up at the hospital to the end of her services on her funeral day.

From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff created a warm, respectful, and comforting environment that made an incredibly hard experience feel a little more manageable.
A special thank you to Patrick Jr. and Michael — they were truly a blessing to work with. Their empathy, patience, and professionalism stood out every step of the way. They made the entire process feel seamless and as stress-free as possible, always taking the time to guide us and ensure every detail was handled with care.
We are deeply grateful for the kindness and support we received. It meant more to us than words can express.

I came to this place out of desperation .
But, when I met Mike and discussed my goal and hurdles to achieve it ,MIKE was the angel sent by God to do miracles and everything went smooth from picking up my dear Daddy's body from the morgue, church, service, cremation with audience and to the interment.
The whole Kerns team was so professional and knowledgeable of their tasked. From the lady who picked up the phone to set appointments to the man carrying the casket of my Father at church were all superb.

This has been a very difficult time for me with the passing of my daughter. I am writing to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Patrick,Yrcania and the entire team at Leo F Kearn Funeral Home.I needed everything to be perfect and they have exceeded all of my expectations. Patrick is the most endearing patient man, Yrcania was just who I needed to get me through the process. The facility was beautiful, modern and modest... Not dark or depressing. Plenty of space for my family and they accommodated my latin traditions... A space for Cafe! Price wasn't a factor for me, it just needed to be the right space.With all of the accomadations, arrangements and extras.... The price was more than reasonable. It was a perfect ending for my final goodbye. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

We worked with Paul Stanley. His Patientence, and understanding his knowledge and attention to detail was astonishing. I would highly recommend this funeral home for anyone. He even knew some Spanish. All the staff were amazing and lovely people. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I would like to thank Sam and staff for everything they’ve done to make sure that we are all settled, the place, arrangements, we got what we wanted from them, make up for my mother in law, flowers, the pictures slide for viewing, I recommend this place, they will help you as much as possible.

David was Outstanding from the moment we met in the Church vestibule and checked in with me before the service and provided a few heartfelt words at the Graveside.

No one looks forward to having to make funeral arrangements, but if you have to do so, Leo F. Kearns is the place to go. When my Father passed away 3 years ago, we used their services simply because they were just 3 blocks away. I didn't have the time to search for other Parlors and went to them out of convenience. The experience my Mother and I had with them was incredible. This is a family business and those family members are involved at every aspect along with others in their staff. They were very helpful, had forms to guide us all the way, understood our situation, and gave us realistic options. They handled everything and even suggested how many cards we should have printed and were very resourceful. They also provided a free service that sends an email every day to help between the grieving and bereavement process, and even define each one. Many times the messages really hit home and were so helpful with coping the loss of a loved one. Two weeks ago, my Mother passed away. I am in Long Island now and I did not think twice as to who I was going to make arrangements with. Not only were they excellent the second time around, and I was in a real fog having lost both parents, but they took care of the things I had not even thought of. One of the Kearns even called me to see how I was doing the day after and a few days after that. Unlike many businesses that you do not hear from them once they receive full payment, they continued to show their caring nature and how involved they are with each person they help. I cannot thank them enough for all of their professionalism and assistance during a very difficult time. The facility is beautiful, the staff can't seem to do enough to help you during this time, and they turn and incredibly morbid and difficult experience into a manageable one. Thank you again. Keep up the excellent work you do.
